After you have bought your portrait slot, email me (rubyetc.art@gmail.com) asap or within 2 days with your order number as the subject heading.
Please include:
Up to five photos of your pet. A good variety of poses, is great and any silliness is encouraged..
Whether you’d like a word or short phrase (eg “yeah!”, “no thank you”). [ Longer phrases won’t necessarily fit and if you don’t specify I won’t include any writing!]
each potrait slot is for one pet only
Due to time constraints I cannot send drafts, make edits to work or take extra requests.
Portraits will be shipped within 1 month so long as images have been sent. I would highly recommend using tracked shipping options. I will not be able to track any orders with standard shipping in the UK or abroad.

All orders are shipped within 10 days unless notified otherwise.
UK - (arrives in 2-3 working days after dispatch)
International orders - (5-7 working days after dispatch)

UK Tracked 48 Hour - £3.50
US Tracked - £15
AUS/NZ/CANADA Standard Tracked - £12
AUS/NZ/CANADA Standard Untracked - £6
OTHER INTERNATIONAL (NON-EU) - £6
TRACKING AND CUSTOMS:
Tracking information for international orders will be available in an email after the order is complete. (Please note that there is no tracking for 2nd class UK orders)
US ORDERS PLEASE READ:
The change to US import tariffs means that some orders may occasionally incur handling/import fees to be released from customs, something which is (annoyingly!) out of my control. In the unlikely event this does happen, you will be liable for this extra charge. The fee is estimated to be around $6-10. If you choose not to pay this the order will be returned to me and I will not be able to offer a refund.
I am only offering tracked shipping to the US for now as all postal systems are new and this is the most secure way to get orders to you.
