After you have bought your portrait slot, email me (rubyetc.art@gmail.com) asap or within 2 days with your order number as the subject heading.

Please include:

• Up to five photos of your pet. A good variety of poses, is great and any silliness is encouraged..

• Whether you’d like a word or short phrase (eg “yeah!”, “no thank you”). [ Longer phrases won’t necessarily fit and if you don’t specify I won’t include any writing!]

each potrait slot is for one pet only

Due to time constraints I cannot send drafts, make edits to work or take extra requests.

Portraits will be shipped within 1 month so long as images have been sent. I would highly recommend using tracked shipping options. I will not be able to track any orders with standard shipping in the UK or abroad.
